Payment Terms

These Payment Terms govern all transactions made through the services provided by apexworkkspaceadvisory via apexworkkspaceadvisory.pro. By purchasing or subscribing to any service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

3. Billing and Invoicing

For one-time services, payment is due in full at the time of purchase. Access to the purchased service is granted upon successful payment confirmation.
3.2 Subscription Payments
If you subscribe to a recurring service, your payment method will be charged automatically at the beginning of each billing cycle. The billing cycle length will be communicated at the time of subscription sign-up.
You authorize apexworkkspaceadvisory to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until the subscription is cancelled.
3.3 Invoices
An invoice or receipt will be issued electronically following each successful transaction. Invoices are sent to the email address associated with your account.
4. Taxes and Fees
Prices displayed may or may not include applicable taxes depending on your location. Any applicable taxes, duties, or levies required by law will be added to your order total and displayed prior to final confirmation of payment. You are solely responsible for any taxes applicable to your use of our services under the laws of your jurisdiction.
5. Payment Security
All payment transactions are processed through secure, encrypted channels. We do not store complete card details on our servers. Payment processing is handled by third-party payment processors that maintain compliance with applicable security standards.
6. Failed and Declined Payments
If a payment is declined or fails for any reason:
- Access to the relevant service may be suspended or restricted until payment is successfully completed
- You will be notified via the email address registered to your account
- You are responsible for updating your payment information and retrying the transaction
- apexworkkspaceadvisory is not liable for any loss of access or data resulting from a failed payment
7. Refund and Cancellation Policy
7.1 Refund Eligibility
Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. To be considered for a refund, a request must be submitted within 14 days of the original transaction date. Refunds will not be issued for services that have been fully delivered or substantially used.
7.2 Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:

- Digital documents or materials that have been downloaded or accessed
- Promotional or discounted purchases unless otherwise stated
7.3 Cancellation of Subscriptions
You may cancel a subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at info@apexworkkspaceadvisory.pro. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing cycle unless required by applicable law.
8. Disputes and Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us at info@apexworkkspaceadvisory.pro before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve billing disputes promptly.
Initiating an unjustified chargeback may result in suspension of your account and access to services. apexworkkspaceadvisory reserves the right to recover costs associated with processing unwarranted chargeback claims.
9. Promotional Codes and Discounts
Promotional codes and discount offers are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of their issuance. Unless stated otherwise:
- Codes are single-use and non-transferable
- Codes cannot be combined with other offers
- Codes have an expiry date after which they are void
- Discounts apply only to the services specified in the promotion
10. Modifications to Payment Terms
